Information about each role and permission available in clubs

When you are in a club there are four user types in Ludum

  • Club Manager

  • Head Coach

  • Coach

  • Athlete

Each role has its own default set of permissions that allow the user to perform certain functions within the club.

Users

Club Manager

The Club Manager is the person who created the club or a member who has been given this role. They do not appear on any lists, squads, sessions or events. They are intended as an account administrator/custodian role. Usually they will manage the roles within that club (eg. Removing professional staff when they move on), as well as handling payment. By default the Club Manager has all the permissions within the club

Head Coach

The Head Coach is a member of the club who is responsible for running the training program. By default the Head Coach has a number of permissions.

Coach

The Coach is a member of the club who supports the implementation of the training program. E.g. Volunteer coach, assistant coach, support staff. By default the Coach has a number of permissions.

Athlete

The Athlete is a member of the club who is a member taking part in training at the club. By default the Athlete has a number of permissions.

Permissions

Manage Club Permissions –  ability to edit these permissions for all club members

Manage Licenses – ability to manage the assigning of club members to club licenses

Manage Members – ability to remove and accept members of the club

Manage Roles – ability to change members roles within the club

Minor – ability to view data of U18 athletes

Create Squads – ability to create squads

Edit Squads – ability to edit squads

Delete Squad – ability to delete squads

Create Sessions – ability to create sessions

View All Sessions – ability to view all sessions in the club, including those they are not invited to

Invite Members – ability to invite individuals to join the club

Edit Club – ability to edit club details, such as name, description and change the logo.

Edit GMT (Gold Medal Times) –  ability to change the gold medal times relevant to the club.

View All Members On Ergo Progress – ability to view all club members on Ergo Report

View All Members On Morning Monitoring – ability to view all club members on Morning Monitoring Report Report

View All Members On Attendance – ability to view all club members on Attendance Report

View All Members On Training Summary – ability to view all club members on Training Summary Report
