Add options for HR and Speed intensities in filters (reports, calendar)
Session results:
Add max and average HR in summary table.
On Crew pace with Athletes HR graph set Crew pace line to be black always.
Add Elevation area on Individual tab Graphs view (if exists in imported file).
Separate columns for Piece value and Piece GMT on rowing/paddling sessions
Bug fixes:
Weekly calendar widget - fix background color for sessions from another clubs
Crews - fix athlete search in empty seat
Speed up calendar list view page
Session results graphs - fix issue when selecting/deselecting series from legend in Firefox
