There are a number of ways you can import data into Ludum. Depending on how you import the data your coach might not be able to see the data you've imported.
Import Settings
When you link your Garmin / Polar / Suunto / Float / Strava account with Ludum you can set the following settings:
Automatically Create a New Session when a session is completed with your Polar account.
Allow me to manually assign Polar sessions to sessions on Ludum.
Do Nothing
1. Automatically Create a New Session
When you have selected this setting, any sessions that you create on Garmin / Polar / Suunto will create a session in your account.
This means that the coach won't be added to these sessions.
To add them to the session follow the steps bellow:
In the app go to the session that has been created from the Import
Select Edit Session (Pencil on web, Edit button in the apps)
Select Participants
Add your coaches
Save.
This will add the coaches to the session and they will be able to see your session.
2. Manually Assign sessions to sessions
When you have selected this setting, any sessions that you create on Garmin / Polar / Suunto will need to be added to a session or a new session created.
1. If you have no sessions on your calendar you can create a new session by following the steps below:
In the app go to the home page
You will see an integrations box.
Find the session to import
Press Create Session
Follow the steps to create session and make sure you add your coaches here.\
Press Create New Session
The session will be created and your coach will have been added to the session.
2. If a coach has written a program for you. You can add an import to an existing session with the following steps:
In the app go to the home page
You will see an integrations box.
Find the session to import
Press Assign to session
Select the session to import the session to
This will add the import to the session which your coach has made.
