In order to create a session you can with drag and drop the session into the calendar or press the + button in the top right hand corner of the top menu and select ‘New Session’ from the drop down menu.
The next steps are to fill in the minimum fields required to build a session as seen in the video above.
The required fields are:
Session Name - Simply assign a name to the session
Session Type - Select the type of training the session is (ergo, water, bike...)
Start Time - Prescribe the correct session date and time
End Time - By default we set the session length to 90min, change if you wish
If you save the session at this stage then it will be in your calendar but still not visible to any athletes or coaches. You can add them at a late stage.
