There are two main benefits when you connect your Strava account to Ludum:

  1. Ludum can import your training sessions from Strava

  2. Training sessions recorded with the Ludum app can be published to Strava automatically.

Connecting your Strava account

  1. Go to Integrations in your account settings. Here you will see that you can connect to Strava.

  2. Click on Connect and add the credentials you use for logging into Strava or log into Strava via Facebook, Google or Apple.

Once connected you are able to choose how you want your data to be imported into Ludum.

You will have 3 options:

  1. Import automatically will automatically create a new session for every session imported from Strava.

  2. Assign Manually will require users to either assign the session to an existing session, create a new session or discard/ignore the session.

  3. Do nothing won't import any sessions.

Assign Training to the Correct Team

If you are a member of more than one team in Ludum, you will need to select which team you want your Strava integration to work with - you can do this simply by selecting the club in the drop down menu on the integrations page - take a look below.
