In Rowers you are able to set the setting of the session to be competitive or non-competitive. This means that the athlete can view all the results on the session or just their own.
If you are the club creator or have the ability to edit the clubs details. You are able to set the default setting of all sessions created in the club.
Competitive = Athletes are able to see result of all athletes
Non-Competitive = Athletes can only see their results
Setting Default for Club
Go to settings
Select My Clubs
Select Edit for the club you have permission for
Select Defaults
Pick how you would like to set your default settings for sessions.
