To swap athletes between crews you need to have made at least two crews.
1. Once you have two crews go to the Crew page of the session. You should see something like the image below
2. Press the Add/Swap Athletes button
3. The screen should now be blue allowing you to swap athletes
4. Drag and drop athletes between crews.
